My tesla model S would not start charging after inserting the power cord. YIKES! It turned out to be a temperamental button on the charging wand/handle. A little tape did the trick as described here. Testing the Tesla to CHAdeMO adapter for the first time. IT WORKS CAPTAIN! However, the station itself wouldn't output it's max capacity of 20kW (Sad I know, only 20kW DC "FAST" Charger). I only got 12kW. Either way, It works, and it's a start. I will be testing a more powerful station, and including Thermal Camera footage as well showing any heat build up etc...

I found out that charging efficiency for 400V/16A 3-phase (11 kW) charging was lower than for 230V/32A 1-phase (7.4 kW) charging. The results so far:
